Branded merch for enterprise & Fortune 500 brands

Merch that never sees the junk drawer.

I'm Savannah Dmytriw, the Merch Girly. I study your brand like a connoisseur, then build merch programs your people actually keep, use and post.

Not swag. Strategy you can hold.

Elevated merch shows thought in its design, its product and how it gets into people's hands. Every piece is curated around a real person and a real use case, so it earns a place in their everyday life.

The metric that matters: ROI, return on iconic-ness.

The approach

How a program comes together

A pink boutique-style merch display with folded sweatshirts, embroidered caps, totes, tumblers and ribboned gift boxes.
  1. 01

    Brand immersion

Before a single product is suggested, I go deep on your brand's essence: voice, culture, audience and what would make them proud to wear it.

  2. 02

    Curation by persona

Every item maps to a buyer persona and a use case. Employees, clients, event guests and key partners each get merch built for how they actually live.

  3. 03

    Design that whispers

Quality first, personalization where it counts, branding kept tasteful. The kind of tote that becomes the tote of the summit.

  4. 04

    Distribution strategy

Gift kits, tradeshow drops, onboarding boxes and seasonal collections, timed and packaged so the unboxing feels like the moment.

What we build

“The real sign of a winning product is when it gets used outside in the real world, not out of obligation, but out of pure desire.”

Where the inspiration comes from

Four worlds, one standard

The best enterprise merch borrows from industries that already know how to make people feel something.

A folded cream fleece sweat set, plush slippers and a ribbed tumbler on a linen bed.
Wellness Comfort-first pieces that meet people where they rest.
A bordeaux crewneck and cream bucket hat hanging on a rack backstage under warm stage lights.
Live events Tour-level energy for summits, launches and activations.
A hotel welcome tray with a folded robe, candle, glass water bottle and leather pouch on white bedding.
Hospitality The welcome-amenity feeling, packed into every kit.
Hands opening a bordeaux gift box through blush tissue to reveal a leather travel case and silk scarf.
Luxury retail Unboxing moments worth filming.

About

The girly twirly authority in the merch game

Savannah didn't plan on branded merchandise. Pandemic layoffs pushed her into the industry, and she built a thriving book of business anyway, landing a $3.5M client in her first calendar year.

Today she's VP at Team SCG, one of the industry's largest distributors, where she keeps hunting whales for enterprise brands. As @merchgirly she brings a younger, trend-fluent voice to promo, and she co-founded CoCreative Exchange (CCX), a community for the industry's boldest creatives.

Tasteful truth Don't put your all into everything. Put it where the return on iconic-ness is highest.
